- Check the references from your prospective vendors. Services that are professional and reliable will have a large list of references and referrals for you to choose from. Be very leery to hire a company that will not provide you with several references.
- Make sure that the company has a back-up plan - Do they carry back-up equipment on site, or is it a phone call away? Every minute counts at your event. Don't find out the hard way when it's too late.
- Do they have the appropriate music to keep you and your guests happy throughout the event?
- Ask to see their equipment and the facility that they house it in.
- Do they have insurance ?
